Bands Make Her Dance: Parental Advisory Playlist w/ Ann

18 & up or you need a note from your parents. Ann will be exclusively playing bump n' grind tunes that will surely make you blush. Bring your resistance bands. No edited versions in this party. This is a full body band workout, so high throttle, tomorrow it'll make you waddle.
