You will laugh, sweat, meet new friends, & joking that yelling at people is her therapy :)

Tyler was going to go teach yoga at a surf camp. Instead, he’s teaching from his SF closet. Tyler utilizes yoga to conquer his anxiety. His approach to teaching is to provide a safe enjoyable space for yogis to learn and explore their own practice. He enjoys the foundations of mindfulness and meditation, breath, and pose alignment. Come get in touch with your toes and break a sweat!!

Rachel is a certified personal trainer & pilates instructor based in San Francisco. Her classes are designed to challenge the full body, incorporate multiple effective training methods, and require little to no equipment. She understands that every body is unique and makes sure to provide safe modifications for all of her trainees. Outside of fitness, she is also a cat mom, sales professional, mezcal consumer, lover of learning, and an above-average playlist curator.

Tracy’s specialty as an instructor is alignment and verbal cueing, which is ideal for an online yoga class. Her classes are a vigorous flow that emphasizes building a home yet safe yoga practice. Tracy will help strengthen your foundational practice, have you trying new poses and challenging transitions that are fun!! She loves yogis who roll out of bed, onto their mats, and ready to sweat. So grab some water, maybe a pet (because everyone can use the extra emotional support right now), and let's flow.

Hi, I'm Kayla 👋 I've been teaching fitness classes including barre, HIIT, spin, and flexibility in the Bay Area for 5 years. With shelter in place I'm bringing my classes online so we can balance out that quarantine-15 with some strength building and toning exercises, and stretch out all those WFH muscles 🤸‍♀️Class will combine passive and active stretches with light conditioning, all designed to help make you more flexible. Whether you're still working on touching your toes or perfecting your over-split, all levels are welcome!

Jason is a former ballet dancer turned Pilates and TRX fitness instructor. He approaches the body like a understanding fleshy machine, clearly communicating the "why" of movement, resetting your awareness through concise descriptions of muscle function and body placement. They don't call him the Cue-een (The Cueing Queen) for nothing. He’s convinced fitness is just a set of glorified physics equations with less math and more sweat.

From teaching spin and reformer Pilates in SF to now instructing virtual Pilates at a farm in Northern California. Jenna has used movement and exercise to facilitate a mind body connection and to take take up space in this uncertain world. Jenna plays funky, alternative music to find rhythm in her classes while the cows and horses roam the pastures in the background. Jenna's dog Kevin loves a good side lunge and usually attends classes.

Tabata is a former Professional Soccer Player with over 15 years as an Exercise Physiology Expert, Physical Educator, Personal Trainer, Soccer Coach, Founder & CEO of @JOGABrazil , & a fierce advocate for equal pay for women athletes. She has worked with organizations such as @grupomulheresdobrasilvsilicio, @MulheresdoBrasil, Organization Global Alliance (OGA), & Sports Integrity Global Alliance initiatives (SIGA)& campaigns.

She offers private/semi-private sessions in the Bay Area.
