We’ve been working with the most AMAZING team to launch
The Virtual Studio- group style fitness classes with instructors you know & love.

With studios closed, it’s hard to stay motivated & engaged. Our classes provide a bit of normalcy, community + a killer workout.

We are teaching a variety of classes from beginner yoga & Pilates to cardio, ballet & HIIT.

I'm teaching weekday
Morning Crew at 6:50 am - a full-body Pilates class focusing on core & spinal health & a weekend class Burn Off the Weekend with a bit more cardio.
