Electrical Muscular Activation (EMA) Training Overview

EMA uses a medical-grade electric suit to activate deep muscle tissues, fascia, and fibers. Each 20-minute session is equivalent to 4 hours of traditional training and can be done once or twice weekly. Over 20 sessions, EMA targets even the smallest and weakest muscles to restore balance in your body.

Who Should NOT Use EMA

  • Pregnancy

How It Works

  1. Initial Call: We’ll schedule your first session and assess whether EMA is right for you.

  2. First Session (approx. 1 hour):

    • Discuss health goals, body composition, safety, and fitness plan.

    • 20 minutes of EMA training.

    • Lymphatic drainage massage to enhance results.

    • Hydration and carb intake the night before is recommended.

  3. Follow-up Sessions: Each session will be 20 minutes of personalized training.

    All packages include donating to our community-first program, which provides low-cost sessions to those in need.
    We accept credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Monthly payment plans are also available.
    Single Sessions

    • 1 Person Session: $190  (20 minutes total, including both training and a lymphatic massage)

    • 2 Person Session: $260 (Each person receives their own 20 session, done consecutively, which includes both training and a lymphatic massage)

    • 3+ Person Session: $110 per person Each person receives their own 20 sessions, done consecutively, which includes both training and a lymphatic massage)

  4. Special Packages

    • 10 One-Person Sessions: $1700 (20 minutes total, including both training and a lymphatic massage)

    • 10 Two-Person Sessions: $2350 (Each person receives their own 20 session, done consecutively, which includes both training and a lymphatic massage)
